💼 About This Role

You'll manage procurement for a large-scale infrastructure project in the Antwerp region, handling tendering, negotiations, and contract preparation. You'll act as the key link between project teams and suppliers, ensuring cost-efficient purchasing for the civil works project.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage purchasing for an assigned sub-area of the project.
• Handle full procurement cycle: strategy, tendering, negotiations, contracts.
• Advise project teams on procurement matters.
• Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as a purchaser in civil construction.
• Solid understanding of the Belgian construction market.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
