• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from outreach to offer
• Build candidate pipelines using research and sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles
• Collaborate with recruiters to share pipeline insights and improve efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Experience using an applicant tracking system like Greenhouse
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once with changing priorities

• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows
• Experience with sourcing tools like Gem
• Interest in testing new tools for outreach
