You will lead a fullstack development team building an AI-first platform for conversational commerce on Meta channels, focusing on system performance, large-scale data processing, and seamless API integration. You will coach team members, facilitate agile practices, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• Experience throughout full software life-cycle in multi-team environment
• Built and maintained large-scale, high-availability web applications
• Product accountability using product metrics for data-driven decisions
• Experience in agile development practices with pragmatic tradeoffs
• Strong development expertise including code reviews and pair programming

Responsibilities

• Lead an autonomous Fullstack development team
• Coach team members through 1:1s, development plans, and removing blockers
• Drive architectural and technical decisions for system performance and data integrity
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Meta engineers to ensure alignment and best practices
• Facilitate agile development practices and ensure timely delivery of features
