You'll join a high-performing consulting division within Amoria Bond, supporting Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams across UK, Europe, and US markets. You'll move beyond transactional delivery into a strategic, advisory-style role, acting as a trusted partner to clients and candidates. This position offers uncapped commission and a clear 10-step progression pathway to Director.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and develop long-term, consultative client relationships
• Partner with clients to understand project requirements and workforce challenges
• Headhunt and engage specialist candidates for niche technical roles
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to placement

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 12 months recruitment experience
• Confident in client-facing and business development environments
• Commercially minded with a consultative approach
• Ability to build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders
