You'll split your time between leading client-facing design projects and driving new business growth. You'll craft compelling narratives, prototypes, and UI for strategic pitches. Hybrid role requires a designer who can also own new business development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design on strategic client engagements from research to prototypes.
• Develop creative concepts for pitches and go-to-market innovations.
• Partner with BD, design, and product teams on top-priority pursuits.
• Present ideas to executives with clarity and impact.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in UX/product design, innovation, or product strategy.
• Background in Visual or Graphic design.
• Experience defining and delivering client pitches with concepts and prototypes.
• Expert in Figma and modern design tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Financial Services and/or FinTech experience.
• Experience in other complex highly regulated industries.
• Executive-level presentation skills.
