Description

You will lead a large production team overseeing chemical-intensive manufacturing for Starlink satellites and other SpaceX missions, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement from equipment setup through full production ramp.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline, or 4+ years manufacturing leadership experience
• 3+ years production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
• Experience with chemical manufacturing processes (electroplating, etching, deposition, etc.)
• Ability to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of supervisors, technicians, and associates on multi-shift schedule
• Ensure strong focus on safety and maintain excellent safety record
• Build talent pipeline: recruit, onboard, and develop leaders and ICs
• Create training/onboarding programs and career development paths
• Drive continuous improvement via metrics (yield, OEE, throughput)
