Description

You will build, scale, and operationalize an agency and systems integrator partner ecosystem across high-growth Asian markets. This hybrid role in Sydney involves owning territory GTM, driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and working cross-functionally to turn partner relationships into durable enterprise wins.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in partner or channel management within SaaS or digital technology
  • Strong experience working with digital agencies and/or systems integrators
  • Proven success building partner GTM plans and converting into measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Comfort operating in less mature, high-growth markets with ambiguity and autonomy
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus (particularly Japanese)

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve regional partner GTM strategy across emerging Asian markets
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a portfolio of regional agency and SI partners
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline, SQLs, and ACV to support regional revenue goals
  • Build and manage senior relationships (Director, VP, C-level) within partner organizations
  • Lead joint GTM initiatives including campaigns, events, enablement, and account mapping
