Description
You will build, scale, and operationalize an agency and systems integrator partner ecosystem across high-growth Asian markets. This hybrid role in Sydney involves owning territory GTM, driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and working cross-functionally to turn partner relationships into durable enterprise wins.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in partner or channel management within SaaS or digital technology
- Strong experience working with digital agencies and/or systems integrators
- Proven success building partner GTM plans and converting into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Comfort operating in less mature, high-growth markets with ambiguity and autonomy
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus (particularly Japanese)
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve regional partner GTM strategy across emerging Asian markets
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a portfolio of regional agency and SI partners
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline, SQLs, and ACV to support regional revenue goals
- Build and manage senior relationships (Director, VP, C-level) within partner organizations
- Lead joint GTM initiatives including campaigns, events, enablement, and account mapping
