💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow a team of DevOps and platform engineers, owning the reliability and scalability of Conga's cloud infrastructure that powers mission-critical SaaS products for Fortune 100 clients. You'll drive infrastructure modernization including cloud migration and container orchestration, while instilling operational excellence across the organization. This role has outsized impact on the company's ability to ship reliably and scale confidently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps and platform engineers
• Own reliability, scalability, and security of AWS cloud infrastructure
• Drive CI/CD pipeline strategy ensuring fast, safe deployments
• Define and enforce change management standards and incident response

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years managing and developing engineering teams
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes production experience
• Proven experience with enterprise CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a multi-product B2B SaaS company
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA
