You'll lead and scale the detection engineering team that protects all TENEX customers. You'll set the detection strategy, own the roadmap, and represent detection externally to customers and executives. This role offers ground-floor impact at a well-funded startup backed by a16z and Crosspoint Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale a multi-site detection engineering team
• Own the detection roadmap and threat coverage strategy
• Deliver executive reporting on detection program health
• Represent detection engineering in customer QBRs and prospect calls

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in detection engineering or SOC
• 4+ years leading teams of senior ICs
• Hands-on detection engineering across SIEM, EDR, and cloud
• Customer-facing and executive communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in MDR or MSSP environment
• Background across multiple SIEM platforms (Splunk, Chronicle, Sentinel)
• Experience with detection-as-code or CI/CD for detections
