You'll lead the Finance Technology engineering organization at MongoDB, owning strategy, architecture, and delivery across core platforms like NetSuite and Coupa. You'll bridge Finance, Engineering, and Business stakeholders while building and scaling a high-performing team in India. Drive automation-first innovation and enable global finance transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Finance Technology strategy aligned to global transformation goals
• Lead architecture, delivery, and operational excellence across ERP, procurement, and expense platforms
• Build and manage a high-performing FinTech engineering team
• Drive automation and AI-led transformation across finance workflows

📋 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in Finance Technology or Enterprise Applications
• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Deep hands-on expertise in NetSuite, Coupa, and SAP Concur
• Experience implementing SOX controls and audit-compliant systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or consumption-based billing models
• Experience scaling India GCC or captive engineering centers
• Familiarity with data platforms and finance analytics ecosystems
