🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver critical code paths in complex AI projects
• Lead and mentor Applied AI Engineers on best practices
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions with customers
• Design and oversee fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic workflows

📋 Requirements

• 7/8+ years of experience in AI/ML
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role for AI products
• Proven track record delivering complex AI projects to production
• Deep expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems

• Open-source contributions in LLM/AI space
• Customer-facing role experience (Solutions Architect, etc.)
