Description

You will oversee and lead the production of numerous projects for our automotive client, focusing on optimizing operations and team performance while managing workflows at scale. This role requires working onsite in our Toronto office one day per week.

Requirements

• 9+ years coordinating projects/teams in digital production or agencies
• Digital and content production experience
• Diplomatic and empathetic leadership
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Experience with project management tools (WorkFront, JIRA, Monday.com, Asana)

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement project timelines, budgets, workflows, and delivery parameters
• Define standards for quality, productivity, and timeliness
• Manage input, output, and productivity of small to large multi-departmental teams
• Keep internal leads and clients informed on project progress and status
• Deliver data storytelling against campaigns and creative
