Description

You will design and build scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks like React, Ruby on Rails, and React Native, contributing to platform services and customer-facing features that empower professionals across the U.S.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience building large-scale cloud-based applications
• Production-grade experience with React including reusable components and state management
• Experience building backend services with Ruby on Rails or comparable MVC framework
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and scalable architecture

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, Node/NestJS, and NextJS
• Modernize existing applications to enhance user experience, performance, and maintainability
• Contribute to core platform capabilities like identity, authentication, APIs, and shared services
• Build or contribute to iOS and Android mobile applications using Expo / React Native
• Mentor and coach other engineers, sharing best practices and raising the technical bar
