Description

As a hospice aide, you will provide personal care and comfort to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, observing and documenting their condition to ensure quality end-of-life support.

Requirements

• Paraprofessional member of interdisciplinary group
• Work under supervision of registered nurse
• Observe patient, report observations, and document care

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care needs after patient assignment
• Attend to patient requests promptly
• Report inability to perform tasks to Case Manager immediately
• Provide patient and family with positive support
