💼 About This Role

You'll lead legal strategy and oversee corporate governance for Range, an AI-powered FinTech platform backed by Google's Gradient Ventures. You'll build the legal function from the ground up and partner with executive leadership to navigate financial services regulations while scaling the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise executive leadership and Board on legal, governance, and risk matters.
• Build and lead the legal function with scalable processes and frameworks.
• Oversee corporate governance, entity structure, and board support.
• Support product and engineering on regulatory compliance for new financial products.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• 12+ years of legal experience including in-house at a tech or FinTech firm.
• Experience with RIA or broker-dealer regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SEC and FINRA regulations.
