๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the systems, data, and processes powering Klaviyo's multi-motion GTM engine, spanning enterprise sales-led and product-led growth. You'll design scalable funnel processes and embed AI and automation into core workflows. This is a highly visible role for a strategic operator balancing rigor with speed.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Optimize lead, account, and PQL lifecycle across enterprise and PLG motions.
- Design scalable funnel and handoff processes with Sales Ops and RevOps.
- Own marketing automation platform and core integrations (Salesforce, web).
- Embed AI and automation into scoring, routing, and enrichment workflows.
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years in Marketing/Revenue/GTM Operations supporting enterprise and PLG.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot), and modern Martech stacks.
- Architected and scaled lead, account, and PQL lifecycle management in complex GTM environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools and workflows.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with ad tech and web stacks (DSPs, CDPs, tag management).
- Multi-channel personalization and journey orchestration across PLG and SLG.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
