Requirements

• Current RN license in Vermont
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to cases

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to manager
• Perform client assessments and document care using tablet
