You'll join the Airwallex IT Operations team to provide outstanding on-site and remote support for a global fintech company. You'll be the first point of contact for employee tech issues, ensuring a seamless onboarding and support experience. This role offers exposure to diverse technologies in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Apple devices
• Support AV systems for meeting rooms and events
• Run new hire IT onboarding sessions weekly

📋 Requirements

• macOS support experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Google Workspace and Okta administration
• Intermediate networking troubleshooting skills
