💼 About This Role

You'll provide IT support to end users at a Redstone Arsenal facility, resolving hardware and software issues via phone and ticket system. You'll diagnose problems and guide users through solutions, ensuring smooth operations for the PAE FIRES Data Center.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to end user tickets and resolve IT issues
• Diagnose computer hardware and software problems
• Provide technical guidance on hardware and software usage
• Log, route, and resolve trouble calls with follow-up reporting

📋 Requirements

• Security+ce certification (must obtain within 6 months)
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance

• DoD IT experience
• Associate's degree in IT
• Experience with automated service desk tools
