🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate service delivery strategy for high-visibility customer relationships
• Ensure account managers regularly communicate and negotiate priorities
• Proactively manage team caseloads and performance
• Identify and resolve systemic issues to prevent recurrence

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong background across 401(k) retirement product life-cycle
• Demonstrated ability to manage account managers in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and work independently
