You'll design and deploy LLM-powered AI systems and RAG architectures for a dynamic team. You'll drive optimization of generative models like GPT-4 and Claude, solving real-world challenges at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement ML models for OCR, RAG, and conversational agents
• Develop and optimize prompts for LLM alignment with business goals
• Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for model training
• Deploy AI models to production and monitor performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as an AI/ML Engineer
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
• RAG and agent framework expertise
• Located in Colombia with B2+ English
