🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead overall manufacturing execution for modular operations
• Champion safety-first culture across all departments
• Optimize workflows using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Own plant P&L and manage operational budgets

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive leadership in heavy industrial manufacturing
• 5+ years at Director or senior management level
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• Deep fluency in modular construction and complex electrical integration

✨ Nice to Have

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master certification
• Experience leading facility through 2x–5x revenue scaling
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
