🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead big rock projects across Smart Trailers and Connected Equipment teams.
• Drive step function improvements in architecture and product capability.
• Think like a product manager, understanding customer pain points in the field.
• Optimize across the full stack, collaborating with firmware and hardware teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years in software design and development, with at least 4 years in an architect or leadership role.
• Expert in writing high-quality, maintainable code with AI tools (Cursor, LLMs).
• Proven experience working with web services at massive scale on cloud providers like AWS or Azure.

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
• Experience influencing product and infrastructure strategy at corporate level.
• Experience leading engineers to think about systems from edge to cloud.
