You'll serve as the first point of contact for technical support issues related to deployed robotic systems. You'll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues remotely, partnering with engineering and customer teams to drive continuous product improvement.
π― What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely
- Guide field personnel through troubleshooting via phone, chat, and remote tools
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or engineering
- Document issues, root causes, and resolutions in ticketing systems
π Requirements
- 3+ years in technical support with hardware/IoT/robotics
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Comfortable analyzing logs and system behavior

- Familiarity with Linux, networking, APIs, or scripting
- Experience supporting robotic systems or connected devices
