Description

You will manage customer experience for delivery partners, stores, and customers at Coupang Eats by analyzing data, monitoring calls, and leading improvement projects. You'll define and deploy new features for the Eats Delivery Partner app, manage risk, and ensure service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to define problems and drive improvements through data analysis
• Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data (VOC, satisfaction surveys)

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data to derive data-driven improvement items
• Establish improvement plans and report progress to stakeholders
• Manage small projects from planning to completion, including schedule, resources, and quality
• Define requirements for new features and improvements in Eats Delivery Partner app
• Test features, plan deployment, and monitor post-deployment performance
