Description

You will oversee day-to-day operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, managing a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role includes mentoring, coaching, and ensuring quality and production goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5 years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proven ability to deliver project objectives and metrics
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations
• Mentor and develop direct reports through training and performance management
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance standards
• Maintain production capacity and assist with production planning
