You'll provide direct educational and social services to students, working with parents and educators to create supportive environments. The role involves data-based decision-making and developing positive behavioral interventions. This is a direct hire school position with no annual contract.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavioral approaches.
• Build leadership to help students succeed.
• Develop positive behavioral and academic interventions.
• Monitor student progress and consult with staff and parents.

📋 Requirements

• Certified School Social Worker (IL) or MSW with LSW/LCSW or LCPC/LCP/LPC.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative and data analysis abilities.
• Creative thinker who can develop diverse interventions.
