• Lead sanitation team in cleaning production equipment and facilities
• Coordinate wet washdown and chemical cleaning procedures
• Monitor GMP protocols and ensure team compliance
• Participate in pre-operation inspections after cleaning

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sanitation
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Basic computer skills
• Food Handlers Permit (or willingness to obtain)
