💼 About This Role

You'll protect organizational systems and networks as part of The Economist Group's information security program. You'll conduct pen tests, manage security vulnerabilities, and drive remediation across four business units. This role offers exposure to diverse security challenges in a globally respected organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct penetration tests and risk assessments.
• Design secure architectures and develop security baselines.
• Audit code for vulnerabilities and lead security initiatives.
• Coordinate incident response and upgrade security solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Cloud Security experience with AWS (prerequisite).
• Understanding of CICD and secure CICD practices (CircleCI).
• Experience with vulnerability management tooling (code scanning, IaC).
• Proficiency in software development and code auditing.

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS Certified Security - Specialty or AWS Certified Developer.
• Industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Experience with SQL and API development best practices.
