You'll facilitate Agile delivery excellence for Connectivity/IoT Embedded Device teams, ensuring predictable execution and strong team collaboration across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile teams. You'll own requirements clarity and backlog structure while driving cross-team coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
• Remove blockers and drive cross-team coordination
• Track KPIs: predictability, cycle time, defects
• Ensure backlog is structured and prioritized with clear acceptance criteria

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Agile roles
• Strong Scrum Master experience
• Experience with Jira / Confluence
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• IoT or embedded experience
• Scrum certification
