You'll lead and scale a high-performing team of Product Owners delivering innovative SaaS solutions to the insurance industry. Your impact will drive product direction, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners for PK1Cloud applications.
• Define best practices for backlog management, roadmap planning, and sprint execution.
• Partner with Development, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align product initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or ownership in SaaS.
• 5+ years leading or managing Product Owners or product teams.
• 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to translate complex regulatory workflows into software solutions.
• Proven ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
