💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. This role offers flexible part-time hours at a onsite location.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and manage register closeout.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
