💼 About This Role

You'll join an interdisciplinary team to deliver restorative physical therapy to seniors, maximizing their independence and safety. This role offers lower patient volumes and long-term relationships with participants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in facility and occasionally in-home
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and implement Functional Maintenance Programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Valid California Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy
• Two years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience
