💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic implementations of Talkdesk's AI-first customer experience platform for new and existing customers. Your core impact will be driving customer success through project management, requirements gathering, and solution design. This role stands out for its blend of technical consulting and mentorship within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Talkdesk implementations with project management and requirements documentation.
• Design prototypes, configure systems, and build user acceptance testing guides.
• Integrate plans with customer project managers for successful deployments.
• Develop visual diagrams of the customer's end-client journey.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, IT Applications Development, or similar SaaS role.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience implementing or integrating with CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) or Contact Center Solutions.
• Experience with SQL/SOQL and JavaScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with diagram flowchart software like Visio or Lucid Chart.
• Software implementation or coding experience.
• Creating and managing Web Services (REST APIs).
