You'll partner with Growth and Marketing teams to design and deploy machine learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Your work will directly shape Airwallex's global growth strategy and influence how we acquire, engage, and retain customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop predictive models to identify high-value users
• Apply ML/statistical models to measure causal impact of marketing initiatives
• Build personalization solutions for client onboarding and cross-selling
• Develop churn models to drive retention strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience and an advanced degree in a quantitative field
• Experience communicating analysis results to executives
• Expert in machine learning modeling for growth strategy
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production
