🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure building safety and code compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair
