You'll guide families through K–12 online schooling options via inbound and outbound calls. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, assessing needs and driving enrollments while meeting performance goals. This role offers paid training and the chance to make a meaningful impact in education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls from interested families.
• Assess family needs and recommend best-fit online school programs.
• Guide families through the enrollment process and documentation.
• Meet key performance indicators for productivity and quality.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent English and Spanish written and oral proficiency (CEF C1 or above).
• Computer knowledge and multitasking with internet navigation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must reside in an approved state and meet home internet requirements.
