You will execute electrochemical test protocols, operate and maintain battery test equipment, and ensure accurate data generation to support the development of silicon solid-state batteries. Your work will directly contribute to advancing safe, high-performance energy storage solutions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent hands-on training
• 2+ years experience in technical lab or precision manufacturing
• Proficiency operating and troubleshooting lab test equipment
• Strong attention to data integrity and detail
• Working knowledge of safety practices (chemical handling, PPE)

Responsibilities

• Execute electrochemical test protocols (cycling, formation, rate testing)
• Operate and maintain battery cyclers, environmental chambers, and test equipment
• Assemble electro-mechanical fixtures, test leads, and cables
• Collect, validate, and compile test data for R&D decisions
• Identify test anomalies, troubleshoot faults, and escalate issues
