You will lead and scale Mechanical and Electrical Engineering recruiting efforts, partnering with senior leadership to develop talent strategies and manage complex hires. You will drive process improvements, analyze recruiting data, and champion employer brand to attract top mission-aligned talent.

Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive Talent Acquisition experience with 4+ years in leadership role
  • Proven success in scaling recruiting functions in high-growth organizations
  • Deep expertise in recruiting Hardware roles (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
  • Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders on hiring strategies
  • Highly analytical with experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and data tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for assigned functions
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools
  • Act as strategic partner to C-level and senior leaders on workforce planning
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for critical and leadership-level roles
  • Analyze recruiting data to optimize performance and forecast needs
