💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Your support helps them reach their full potential. No experience needed, with paid training provided through our Apprentice Program.

• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks like meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year experience with I/DD individuals, or paid training available
