🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer lease portfolio using lease management software
• Identify and pursue facility co-location opportunities
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repair issues

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in lease administration or facilities management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with lease management software (e.g., LeaseCalcs)
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
