💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center to color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles. You'll help prepare low-mileage, late-model cars for delivery to customers. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and a vehicle purchase discount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Color-match and mix paint for vehicles
• Airbrush vehicles to repair cosmetic defects
• Operate paint booths and equipment safely

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with water-based paints
• Paintless dent repair (PDR) skills
• ASE certification
