๐ Requirements
- 2+ years as an SDR/BDR or inside sales experience
- 1+ years of management experience (SDR or Sales)
- Strong outbound experience, not just inbound leads
- Solid track record of leading a high-performing team

- Familiarity with SFDC, DemandBase, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Databook, Sales Navigator
- Analytical skills for generating reports and identifying trends
