  • 2+ years as an SDR/BDR or inside sales experience
  • 1+ years of management experience (SDR or Sales)
  • Strong outbound experience, not just inbound leads
  • Solid track record of leading a high-performing team

  • Familiarity with SFDC, DemandBase, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Databook, Sales Navigator
  • Analytical skills for generating reports and identifying trends
