You'll join the Global Service Delivery team in Bangkok to support corporate IAM systems for a global travel platform. You'll ensure secure and efficient access across office and remote environments. This role offers excellent growth opportunities in a multicultural company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support business access requirements on multiple systems.
• Design, implement, and manage user access controls and permissions.
• Oversee the user provisioning lifecycle and automate identity provisioning.
• Maintain RBAC and ABAC models.

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Operations, or IAM Analyst role.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Database Server and query commands.
• Good knowledge of Okta or similar Identity Providers.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory management tools and Azure AD.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in no code automations and APIs.
• Experience with Exchange and SharePoint.
• Customer service mindset and critical thinking.
