💼 About This Role

You'll lead the product strategy for Navigator, PitchBook's AI platform experience. You will own the roadmap for the conversational interface, agent routing, and workspace, driving cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI workflows. This role combines AI product leadership with private markets domain knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Navigator product strategy and vision.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers.
• Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional roadmaps.
• Define and measure business outcomes with OKRs.
• Shape PitchBook's AI product narrative.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise.
• 4+ years managing or mentoring product managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related.
• Strong data fluency (Mixpanel, Snowflake, or equivalent).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience delivering AI/ML or conversational AI products.
• Familiarity with private markets or financial data.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma.
