🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sales floor and oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty.
• Coach team members to elevate performance and engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels and visual standards are maintained.

📋 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
