🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage sales compensation plans and set targets for each salesperson
- Implement and evaluate SPIFF programs to achieve targeted objectives
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize commission structures
- Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and HR on compensation adjustments
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales compensation
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce and compensation management software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Captivate IQ compensation software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
