🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage sales compensation plans and set targets for each salesperson
  • Implement and evaluate SPIFF programs to achieve targeted objectives
  • Analyze sales performance data to optimize commission structures
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and HR on compensation adjustments

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales compensation
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce and compensation management software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Captivate IQ compensation software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
