You'll lead the design and delivery of scalable data platform services that power critical business and clinical workflows. You'll partner with data engineers and product teams to evolve our platform into a reliable, high-trust system spanning data pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure. This is an opportunity to shape technical direction and mentor engineers across data and platform layers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead data platform initiatives from architecture through production delivery
• Build and evolve data services and APIs for reliable data access
• Provide technical leadership and guide engineers on system design
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and CI/CD practices

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of data engineering experience with technical leadership
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, EMR, clinical datasets)
• Strong proficiency with modern data tools and AWS or other cloud platforms
• Advanced Python and SQL skills with focus on testing and maintainable code

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake
• Data governance/quality experience
• Migrating legacy systems to scalable architectures
