🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee design process and construction document preparation
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges
• Lead permitting and regulatory approvals with local authorities
• Manage FF&E/OS&E sourcing, procurement, and tracking

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 5+ years of experience in architectural project management
• Strong knowledge of California building codes
• Technical proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Procore

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with mixed-use developments
• Working knowledge of Revit and SketchUp
• Experience with scheduling software like MS Project
