Description

You will manage territory accounts for a biotechnology company launching a novel precision therapy for rare diseases. Responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare providers, executing territory plans, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and patient identification.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience; strong preference for Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and healthcare landscape trends.
  • Strong negotiation, partnering, and influencing skills.
  • Prior experience working in large accounts and/or hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory accounts and build relationships with physicians, allied HCPs, and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze business performance and create comprehensive territory plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise and deliver strategic customer education.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and execute key initiatives.
  • Identify and manage patient identification and treatment processes.
